Congratulations to PHENSEM for formally being registered as a CSO in Bhutan! They were awarded the registration certificate by the Civil Society Organization Authority on July 30th as a Public Benefit Organization.
We’re happy to have supported PHENSEM from its inception as Bhutan’s first registered parent support group and look forward to continuing our work with these leaders to help parents and families of children with disabilities in Bhutan.
