This May saw another two days of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training at Wangdue! Throughout the training, 29 participants learned via theoretical and hands-on sessions with the latest information and skills to treat patients with cardiac arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies.

This course works to simulate real clinical scenarios and encourages active learning and participation! One participant stated that, “Not only did the workshop help in improving knowledge and practical skills but it also helped develop communication skills and team work. It was very beneficial and is a must-attend training for all the health workers in district hospitals and BHUs.”
