For many years, the Bhutan Foundation has worked closely with stakeholders, partners, and agencies to facilitate financial grants across a wide range of project activities. The Foundation has also supported partners in channeling their own funds from the United States to Bhutan—helping translate resources into meaningful impact on the ground.

As administrative and governance requirements continue to evolve, the Foundation remains committed to strengthening its systems and processes. To enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency, the Bhutan Foundation has updated its standard operating procedures, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner in managing and facilitating donor funds.

As part of this commitment and ongoing due diligence, the Foundation organized a partners’ meeting to share the latest updates to its Grants Policy for partner organizations. The meeting provided a platform to align partners with new requirements and expectations, ensuring a clear and consistent understanding of these changes.

The primary objective was to bring all partner organizations onto the same page, while further strengthening collaboration in the responsible and effective management of donor funds.
