We’re excited to announce the selected proposals for the Small Grants Program 2025–2026! From a remarkable pool of 61 community-centered proposals from across Bhutan, 8 projects have been selected for support.

The grantees include:

  1. Beethang Aumtshu Throedhen Tshogpa- Empowering Women through Sustainable Production of Local Jangbali and Puta Noodles.
  2. Samjong Cooperatives– Enhancing Value Addition, Packaging, and Certification for SAMJONG Products to Strengthen Market Competitiveness and Increase Farmers’ Income.
  3. Tshelung-Na Dairy Cooperative TDC– Enhancing Dairy Value Chain for Economic Empowerment of Women Dairy Farmers in Tshelungna.
  4. Druk Arachis– Establishment of a Sustainable Peanut Processing Facility Plant to boost Local Agricultural Economy in Trashiyangtse.
  5. Disabled People’s Organization of Bhutan-DPO– Empowering Persons with Disabilities through Inclusive Handicraft Enterprise.
  6. Bhutan Mountain Dentist– Inclusive Smiles: Oral Health Advocacy and Screening for Students with Disabilities at Draktsho Institute, Trashigang.
  7. Bumthang Dzongkhag Administration– Empowering Women for Sustainable Beekeeping through Smart Technology to Enhanced Livelihood and Environmental Conservation, Chhumig.
  8. Bhutan Cancer Society– Towards a Healthier and Sustainable Workforce through Local Action for Occupational Cancer Risk Prevention.
